Info

We are sorry but due to the legal statute that governs the Traffic Education Program, we cannot accept your application. The law excludes licensed drivers that have more than 4 points on their driving record or individuals with a CDL license. Neither can be enrolled in a diversion program in the State of South Carolina. Please contact the court that referred you for further directions.
