Solicitors at Work in the Community: Ninth Judicial Circuit Office of the Solicitor

Our staff participated in Trident United Way’s Day of Caring by landscaping the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Trident Area on 22 Mary Street in Charleston. There were lots of sore muscles the next day, but also a lot of satisfaction in helping to provide a nicer place for children who will be well served by more pleasant surroundings.











	PTI is at it again! "Emergency Back Pack" is a project that provides "take home" snacks for local high school students.

These snacks will be placed in back-packs and delivered to a local high school for students that may not have food at home. "It's all about the kids!"	Pre-Trial Intervention's "New Orleans Connection" collected and sent apples, water supplies and other goods for victims of Hurricane "Katrina."

Pre-Trial Intervention personnel visit Sanders Elementary to deliver much needed school supplies.	Pre-Trial Intervention personnel also visit Mitchell Elementary to deliver school supplies for students.

Case Management Specialist, Latosha Jenkins, assists Pre-Trial Intervention with their "School Supply Drive".	Solicitor Deputy Administrator, Sylvia Burwell, proudly represented our office in the County's "Day of Caring."
